一、維護與保養(yǎng)

1、新機器經(jīng)過一段時間的運轉(zhuǎn)之后，雙組份打膠機應多維度檢查各緊固件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，并重新緊固。

2、每次使用完畢，要將機器上的殘膠及灰塵清除干凈，使機器保持清潔。

二、小型雙組份打膠機機械部分的檢查和保養(yǎng)：

1.清潔噴槍外表、清理噴嘴，保證噴嘴的暢通;

2.清潔或更換膠機和噴槍的過濾網(wǎng);

4.檢查膠缸內(nèi)壁是否有炭化層，如有炭化層請使用諾信專用清洗液R溶劑清洗膠缸。

5.將膠機加熱至操作溫度，排空膠箱內(nèi)的熱溶膠。檢查膠缸內(nèi)是否有雜 質(zhì)，如有雜質(zhì)用干凈的抹布清潔膠缸。
