The working principle of the butyl rubber coating machine is based on the heating and melting of hot melt adhesive and quantitative coating. The device heats the solid butyl rubber in the rubber cylinder to a molten state, and then extrudes the molten butyl rubber from the rubber nozzle through an extrusion system, evenly coating it on both sides of the aluminum spacer frame. In terms of operation, the traditional butyl rubber coating machine is a semi-automatic model, which manually supports the aluminum spacer frame for edge by edge operation. The operator places the aluminum spacer frame on the conveyor belt and manually supports the spacer frame to move along with the conveyor belt. When the interval frame passes through the sensor, the conveying pressure wheel and glue valve automatically move according to the set program - the swing cylinder moves, the pressure wheel presses down, and the aluminum interval frame moves forward.
