雙組份打膠機冬季維護保養(yǎng)措施
Maintenance measures of two-component glue beater in winter
1.每天上班后，要把設(shè)備上的鋁（木）屑清算潔凈，非常是設(shè)備的傳動部位和活動部位（例如：導(dǎo)軌，氣缸，任務(wù)面板等）;
1. Clean the aluminium (wood) scraps on the equipment after work every day, especially the transmission parts and moving parts of the equipment (e.g. guide rails, cylinders, task panels, etc.).
2.活期反省設(shè)備各部位螺絲，避免呈現(xiàn)松動，招致精度誤差和平安事故。
2. Introspect the screw of each part of the equipment on demand so as to avoid loosening and lead to accuracy error and safety accident.
3.活期爲設(shè)備各傳動軸擦抹較爲濃縮的光滑油（例如：直線導(dǎo)軌）;
3. The current period is to wipe concentrated lubricating oil (e.g. linear guideway) on the transmission shafts of the equipment.
4.鋁機選擇油性的切削液，兌水比例適當(dāng)增加;
4. Aluminum machine chooses oily cutting fluid, and the proportion of adding water increases appropriately.
5.每天開工前反省設(shè)備氣路和電磁閥閥體有無結(jié)冰景象，確保氣路遲滯后運用設(shè)備。爲防止呈現(xiàn)氣路結(jié)冰，一定要做到空氣緊縮機每天放水，改換濾芯等。
5. Reflect on whether the air circuit and solenoid valve body of the equipment freeze before start-up every day to ensure that the air circuit lags behind the operation of the equipment. In order to prevent icing of air passage, air compressor must discharge water every day and change filter element.
6.每天反省電源開關(guān)能否正常，電線能否老化，如有成績，立刻改換。
6. Reflect daily on whether the power switch is normal and the wires are aging. If you have any achievements, change it immediately.
7.鋁型材.木材等輕拿輕放，避免呈現(xiàn)磕碰，招致設(shè)備損壞呈現(xiàn)誤差等。
7. Aluminum profiles, wood and other light handling, avoid collision, causing equipment damage presents errors and so on.
8.制止戴手套作業(yè)的設(shè)備，嚴禁戴手套作業(yè)。不能穿戴圍巾等相似衣物，避免呈現(xiàn)平安事故。
8. Stop glove-wearing equipment and strictly prohibit glove-wearing equipment. Do not wear similar clothes such as scarves to avoid safety accidents.
