轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)皮帶傳送開關(guān)，使其處于“開”位置，觀察皮帶是否有跑偏現(xiàn)象，并調(diào)整漲緊螺栓，使其校正。

開機(jī)前，依據(jù)間隔框?qū)挾龋砷_打膠頭緊定螺栓，調(diào)整兩擠膠頭的間隔距離，調(diào)整時(shí)，要使框的對(duì)稱中心、兩個(gè)小壓輪寬度的對(duì)稱中心、兩打膠頭的對(duì)稱中心重合（此項(xiàng)只有在間隔框?qū)挾雀淖儠r(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整），調(diào)整完畢緊固螺釘。
Before starting the machine, loosen the fixing bolts of the glue head according to the width of the spacing box, adjust the spacing distance between the two glue heads. When adjusting, make sure that the symmetrical center of the box, the symmetrical center of the width of the two small pressure wheels, and the symmetrical center of the two glue heads coincide (this item can only be adjusted when the width of the spacing box changes). 工作前溫度調(diào)節(jié)： 因各廠家生產(chǎn)丁基膠規(guī)定的加熱溫度及工藝參數(shù)不同，所以設(shè)定打膠座溫度一般為120－140度，膠缸溫度為110－120度（此值僅作參考），待加熱溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定值15－30分鐘后，方可打膠。
Temperature adjustment before work: Due to the different heating temperatures and process parameters specified by various manufacturers for producing butyl rubber, the temperature of the glue holder is generally set at 120-140 degrees, and the temperature of the glue cylinder is set at 110-120 degrees (this value is only for reference).
