夾膠玻璃設(shè)備操作注意事項

Precautions for operating laminated glass equipment

1、夾膠爐運(yùn)行之前建議進(jìn)行時間清零操作

1. Before operating the laminating furnace, a time reset operation must be performed

2、設(shè)備風(fēng)機(jī)建議正轉(zhuǎn)，如出現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)，會造成溫度不提升和對電機(jī)的損壞，建議重新接線；

2. The equipment fan must rotate forward. If the fan rotates in reverse, it will cause a decrease in temperature and damage to the motor, and must be rewired;

3、及時觀察配電箱的電流表的變化，如果出現(xiàn)電流表偏流或者斷流，應(yīng)立即停電進(jìn)行檢修；

3. Observe the changes in the ammeter of the distribution box in a timely manner. If there is a bias current or interruption of the ammeter, the power should be immediately cut off for maintenance;

4、真空袋兩側(cè)的吸嘴位置建議保持氣體流通，扣袋子的時候建議上下扣緊。
