在使用封膠機(jī)時(shí)要注意哪些事項(xiàng)：
What should be paid attention to when using the sealing machine:
1.混合膠在膠槍內(nèi)滯留時(shí)間一定要控制在3-5分鐘內(nèi)，否則蜂鳴器報(bào)警。
1. The retention time of mixed glue in the glue gun must be controlled within 3-5 minutes, otherwise the buzzer will give an alarm.
2.封膠之前要檢查雙組份膠的混合化，將膠擠到100mm的正方形，厚3mm的浮法玻璃上，再那一塊同樣的浮法玻璃在玻璃上一壓，在光亮處檢查，如混合膠內(nèi)有白絲或黑絲，即混合不均勻。
2. Before sealing the glue, check the mixing of the two-component glue, squeeze the glue onto the 100mm square and 3mm thick float glass, press the same float glass on the glass, and check at the bright place. If there are white or black wires in the mixed glue, the mixing is uneven.
3.要時(shí)刻注意液壓設(shè)備壓力表（指針指在綠色沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，黃色、紅色危險(xiǎn)）。

4.注意膠筒壓力表（A組份膠6bar,B組份膠4bar）。

工作完畢后，關(guān)閉設(shè)備，打開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)瑢⒛z槍內(nèi)的膠全部擠出壓力小于30bar，如長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用，先將Operatingmade(操作模式開(kāi)關(guān))打至BASEPURGE(基料沖洗)，再打開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)敝罙組份膠全部擠出，設(shè)備關(guān)閉，繼續(xù)打膠直至壓力小于30bar后放入冷凍箱。
After the work is completed, turn off the equipment, turn on the glue gun, and extrude all the glue in the glue gun with the pressure less than 30bar. If it is not used for a long time, first turn the operatingmode switch to BasePage (base material flushing), and then turn on the glue gun until all the glue of component A is extruded, turn off the equipment, continue to glue until the pressure is less than 30bar, and then put it into the freezer.
