該機(jī)是生產(chǎn)中空、幕墻玻璃的專用打膠設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)二道密封中A、B組份混合與涂膠的一次完成.非常適合于要求配比精度苛刻的膠種。適用于門窗幕墻及玻璃深加工企業(yè)快捷率、高品質(zhì)、高合格率流水線作業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需求。機(jī)架采用整體焊接.增加龍門架、焊接三角形構(gòu)成文穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu)，克服懸臂梁工作時(shí)的搖動(dòng);B泵采用雙立柱，壓盤雙道密封，解決黑組份膠易氧化泄露的難題;優(yōu)化管路設(shè)計(jì).解決了同類產(chǎn)品流速慢的問題。
This machine is the production of hollow glass curtain wall , special glue equipment,realize the twosealing in A， B component mixed with glue once completed, particularly suited to the requirements ofproportioning precision demanding glue. Applicable to the doors and windows and curtain wall glass deepprocessing enterprises efficient， high quality, high rate of qualified pipelining production demand.
